All My Friends Are Ghosts is a poignant yet darkly humorous family drama set in mid-2010’s San Francisco. The story follows a disillusioned record shop employee named Simon who, fresh off a devastating breakup, joins his older, seemingly more put-together, brother Peter on a cross-country road trip to spread their mother’s ashes.

The story revolves around generational trauma, loss, the cyclical nature of family life, mental illness, and addiction, and how the tension between our desires and our reality manifests in daily life.
